News: One hurt in Tacoma house fire

TACOMA, WA — One person suffered injuries in a house fire Sunday morning in Tacoma, according to KIRO 7 News.

Fire crews responded to the residence in the 600 block of South G Street after 8:00 a.m.

Firefighters were forced to create a hole in the roof for ventilation before they were able to put the fire out.

One person was reported to have been treated on scene before being taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

An investigation into the incident is in progress.
