News: Man dies after two-car trailer crash near Graham

GRAHAM, WA — A 56-year-old man was fatally injured after crashing his car into a trailer along state Route 7 near Graham, according to The News Tribune.

The incident occurred at the 304th Street East intersection at around 7:00 a.m.

A northbound truck towing a trailer was turning left onto 304th Street East when a southbound 2004 Mazda Tribute ran past the centerline, striking the trailer.

The Tribute driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time, was transported to Tacoma General Hospital where he died from his injuries, according to Washington State Patrol.

The truck driver was not reported injured in the incident.

WSP troopers said inattention was a factor in the crash.
