MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, WA — A crash on I-5 northbound at the State Route 104 overpass was blocking two lanes Monday evening, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
Cleared 5:17 PM : On I-5 northbound at SR 104 there is a collision blocking the HOV lane and the left general purpose lane.

The incident obstructed the HOV lane and the left general purpose lane. As of 5:17 p.m., both lanes were reported cleared.
