COTTAGE LAKE, WA — Two people were seriously injured on Monday after their car crashed into a tree near Cottage Lake, according to KOMO News.
Deputies and medics arrived at NE 133rd Street near 206th Ave NE, in an area southeast of Woodinville, at around noon.
The car was discovered partially mangled from the impact. Both the driver and passenger were rushed to an area hospital after they were removed from the vehicle. They are being treated for life-threatening injuries.
No other information about the two victims has been provided.
Authorities closed Northeast 133rd Street to accommodate clean-up efforts and further investigation.
