TACOMA, WA – One person was hospitalized and another cited following a multi-vehicle crash on Schuster Parkway Sunday evening.
According to a tweet by Tacoma Police, the accident took place shortly after 6 p.m. along the northbound lanes of the freeway near North 30th Street.

Responding officers say the two vehicles collided, causing one to overturn and block both lanes of travel. Investigators are working to establish an official cause of the crash at this time.
One driver involved was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The other was cited for 2nd-degree negligent driving.
