News: Everett man found guilty in 2019 road rage killing

Everett, WA- KOMO News reports Simeon Berkley was found guilty of second-degree murder after his involvement in a 2019 Everett road-rage incident.

Berkley was being tailgated by Steve Whitemarsh and claims that he felt threatened. Berkeley then fatally shot Whitemarsh twice in the head, he states, in self-defense. 

He faces 15-22 years in prison, and is scheduled to be sentenced at a hearing on April 16.
