SEATTLE, WA – Troopers with the Washington State Highway Patrol are investigating a fatal single-motorcycle crash on State Route 509 South in Seattle on Monday morning.
According to the official WSP Twitter account, responders arrived at the scene shortly before 8:10 a.m. and shut down the right two southbound lanes of the freeway.
WSP is investigating a motorcycle collision on SB SR 509 just north of 128th. The motorcycle is the only vehicle involved. Sadly this is a fatal collision. The two right lanes are blocked during the investigation. Please be patient and avoid the area if you can.
