BELLEVUE, WA – Troopers with the Washington State Patrol shut down the ramp from Southeast Newport Way to Interstate 90 in Bellevue after a loaded concrete truck rolled over on Friday morning.
Trooper Rick Johnson initially tweeted about the incident at 9:57 a.m., stating tow trucks were called in to recover the truck.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
