TACOMA, WA – According to the Tacoma Police Department’s official twitter feed, officers responded to a collision between a Tacoma Link Light Rail train and a vehicle at the intersection of South 24th Street and Pacific Avenue on Thursday afternoon.
Police tweeted about the incident at 2:41 p.m. Thursday, stating some of the road was blocked and that no injuries had been reported.
Officers are on scene of a motor vehicle vs Tacoma Link Light Rail at S 24th and Pacific Ave. No injuries reported at this time. The roadway is partially blocked. Please use caution in the area. pic.twitter.com/XZtMXSC8eo

They later provided an update at 3:31 p.m. Thursday that the road had been fully reopened:
