Pedestrian killed after being struck by 2 vehicles in Federal Way

FEDERAL WAY, WA – Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on the Pacific Highway early Sunday evening.

According to KOMO, the accident occurred at about 5:30 p.m., when an unidentified 60-year-old man attempted to cross the Highway outside of a designated intersection and was struck by a vehicle. Its driver stopped and remained on the scene.

However, a second vehicle hit the man as he was laying on the road and did not stop. Emergency responders pronounced the man dead at the scene.

No further information regarding the identity of the second driver or their vehicle has been made available to the public at this time.
