News: 2 teenagers seriously injured after collision with power pole

MAPLE VALLEY, WA – Two teenaged girls were seriously injured and a third suffered minor injuries after their pickup collided with a power pole on Tuesday morning.

According to KOMO News, the accident occurred in the 22000 block of SE Kent-Kangley Road just before noon.

A passenger in the front seat suffered several broken bones when she was ejected from the car. A backseat passenger sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center. The driver suffered only minor injuries.

It is unclear what caused the crash.
