SEATTLE, WA – A crash blocked the Swift Avenue off-ramp on Northbound I-5 early Thursday morning.
Washington State Department of Transportation tweeted that the accident occurred at around 7:15 a.m.
No injuries have been reported yet. The cause of the crash is unknown.
