OLYMPIA, WA – A driver died in a wrong-way collision on northbound I-5’s Nisqually River Bridge Saturday morning.
The crash happened at around 7:50 a.m., according to the Washington State Patrol District 1’s Twitter Feed. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were seriously injured.
Two left lanes of Northbound I-5 were closed while local authorities investigated and cleaned up the crash.
Further investigations are ongoing.
