All work and no play…

Thumbnail image for 20151018_161905.jpgAt the Law Offices of Matthew D. Dubin, we work hard for our clients. It is our highest priority that our clients’ claims are being handled efficiently and effectively. We are also committed to maintaining frequent communications with our clients. We return phone calls promptly and we reach out regularly to update clients on the status of their cases. Our day doesn’t end when the office closes. We often take work home, preparing for trial, arbitration or other hearings. Sometimes our clients’ cases keep us up at night, but we love what we do.

Many of you know our associate attorney, Rebecca. Becca cares about our clients just as much as I do. She works as hard as I do and she takes work home as much as I do. Clients frequently tell me how lucky I am to have Becca in the office, and they are right. I appreciate Becca and everything she does.

This weekend, I rewarded Becca and myself to a suite at the Seahawks game, compliments of our friends at KIRO7. Becca and I love working together, but we have also become great friends, and we enjoy each other’s company outside of work. This is partly why we make such a good team in representing our clients.

Even though the Hawks lost the game, we had a great time (and we only talked about work a little). We love what we do, and we work hard, but making room for a little downtime keeps us fresh and ready to face the challenges of the coming week. Whatever you do, I hope you love it as much as we love representing our clients, and I hope you give yourself some quality downtime as well.

And yes, I am wearing a Jets jersey. I’ve been in Seattle 23 years and I love the Hawks, but the Jets will always be my team.

Now it’s back to work for me. See you at the courthouse.
