RENTON, WA – According to KIRO 7, a driver fatally collided with a pedestrian at SE Carr Rd and 108th Ave SE on Saturday.
A person driving an SUV hit the man as he was trying to walk across SE Carr Rd outside a crosswalk around 9 p.m.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. Investigators do not believe they were impaired.
Crews shut down the area to process the scene following the collision.
