Seattle woman dies in forklift accident

If you go out in Seattle, you are bound to see many different motor vehicles that people are driving to go from one place to another. Coming across cars, SUVs, buses and trucks are extremely common and there are also some motor vehicles on the road that are less common to see but that are operated and sometimes cause accidents nonetheless.

One such motor vehicle is a forklift, which recently caused a multi-vehicle accident on a main avenue and which ended up killing a Seattle woman. Apparently, the forklift caused a collision that involved several other vehicles, including an SUV, a landscape truck and the forklift.

How did the accident occur?

According to reports, the forklift driver entered the main avenue from the west side of the street and kept driving until he collided with an SUV, which was driving south. This collision caused the SUV to then collide with the landscape truck, which was driving north.

As a result of the accident, the two passengers, a man and a woman, in the SUV were injured and taken to a nearby medical center. The woman was taken to the medical center in critical condition and later died from her injuries. The male SUV occupant was transported to the medical center in serious condition. The landscape truck driver was taken to the medical center in stable condition. The forklift driver was not injured and was arrested at the scene of the accident. He will be charged with vehicular homicide. The accident is still under investigation.
