News: Collision closes two lanes on I-405 southbound in Bothell

BOTHELL, WA — A vehicle crash delayed traffic during the Monday morning commute on Interstate 405 southbound in Bothell, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

On I-405 southbound at SR 527 there is a collision blocking the toll lane and the left general purpose lane.

The accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-405 at the state Route 527 merge near the Canyon Park neighborhood in Bothell and was reported by WSDOT shortly after 7:00 a.m.

The toll lane and the left general purpose lane were impacted.

Traffic footage shared by WSDOT shows a fire truck and several other emergency vehicles responding to the scene of what appears to be an incident between two vehicles.

Shortly after 8:00 a.m., the impacted toll lane was reopened.
