News: Injuries reported in head-on crash in Tukwila

TUKWILA, WA – The Tukwila Fire Department responded to an accident with injuries in the 5300 block of Southcenter Boulevard shortly before 10:14 p.m. yesterday evening.

According to a tweet sent out by the department’s official Twitter feed, a head-on collision between two vehicles blocked eastbound traffic on Southcenter. At least one person was hurt, although the nature and severity of their injuries is unclear at this time.

The wreck was cleared by 10:38 p.m., but TFD requested that motorists avoid the area to facilitate ongoing investigations.
